Kaizen Global Group Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Manager specializing in Thermoformed Plastics with a reputable multi national company. Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for thermoformed products in the medical sector across Europe
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted growth
Prepare presentations and proposals for prospective clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development within the Rigid Plastics industry, specifically with thermoformed products
Background in the medical, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare sectors
Strong understanding of customer needs in the medical market
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning
