Job Description:

Kaizen Global Group Ltd is partnering with a leading retail packaging manufacturer based in the South East of England. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and drive their ambitious growth plans due to business expansion.

Job Responsibility:

Identify new markets, clients, partnerships, and product opportunities
Understand the company's products, industry competition, and positioning
Build strong relationships with potential clients by assessing their needs and developing suitable proposals
Manage customer enquiries from initial project brief to quotation, order confirmation, and invoicing
Provide comprehensive support to high-profile brands and clients
Maintain ongoing relationships with current clients to ensure continued satisfaction
Present and pitch sales proposals confidently to both new and existing clients
Develop sales forecasts and work proactively to achieve targets

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience within the packaging industry
Extensive knowledge of the packaging sector (3–5 years essential)
Full UK driving licence (occasional travel to customer meetings required)
Proactive in prospecting and relationship building
Customer-oriented and results-driven
Strong negotiation and communication skills
