Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
Establish strategic relationships with prospective clients and partners while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to newly acquired clients.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research.
Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with company revenue goals.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and determine solution fit.
Prepare and present proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements.
Negotiate terms and close new business within approved guidelines.
Track and report pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with Director of Marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and documentation.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
