Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through identifying, qualifying, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively grow brand presence and drive sales through marketing, networking, referrals, cold calls, and in-person client visits
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to both current and prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as outlined in the individual Performance Monitor
  • Accurately track and manage all business development activities, prospects, and contacts in the CRM system
  • Schedule and manage appropriate follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals
  • Create and negotiate competitive contracts for new projects with cost and timeline accuracy
  • Obtain written client approval before initiating work
  • Create accurate work orders with detailed supporting information
  • Coordinate artwork submission and approval with the Graphic Design team
  • Ensure post-job follow-up to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously expand knowledge of core signage products and applications
  • Travel within assigned territories to maintain and grow client relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct or inside sales with a proven track record of goal achievement
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience with client retention strategies
  • Proficiency in a Windows PC environment and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience)
