Valtech is looking for a New Business Developer (all genders) to help drive our continued growth across France. You love the intersection of design, data and strategy with digital solutions. You understand the consultancy world — because you’ve been in it — and you can translate digital jargon into boardroom strategy. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, you know how to identify business challenges and shape digital solutions that make a real impact. You’re not just a seller — you’re a trusted advisor, capable of guiding clients through transformation journeys that touch every part of their business. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving strategic conversations across different industries, playing a key role in scaling Valtech’s presence in France. Backed by the One Valtech regional delivery model, you’ll collaborate with teams of strategists, creatives, technologists and data specialists to deliver full-service digital solutions that matter.
Job Responsibility:
Represent Valtech as a go-to-market leader and consultative sales partner in France
Execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring net new clients across key sectors
Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution design, pitch, and closure
Leverage existing local networks and contacts to forge key new business relationships
Drive a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network
Lead RFP responses and pitch teams with a strong focus on value-based selling and consultative engagement
Collaborate with the regional marketing and demand generation team to support lead generation activities and campaigns
Work closely with Valtech’s strategic technology, martech and data partners
Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce CRM
Stay up to date with Valtech case studies, capabilities, and the evolving digital services landscape
Actively participate in networking events, industry forums and partner activations
Requirements:
+6 years of proven experience in business development / sales within a digital agency or consulting environment
Experience selling complex multi-year engagements across digital experience, strategy, data and technology implementation
Existing network in France, ideally including enterprise decision-makers and C-level contacts
Confident managing consultative sales conversations and delivering compelling business cases
Comfortable owning and delivering on multi-million revenue targets
Personal drive to get things done right and fast, with the ability to adapt to change with urgency
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Ability to influence and engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Fluent in French and English
