Job Description

In this role, you will be the engine behind our new business operations, keeping pitches moving, prospects engaged, and our pipeline organized, while also producing the content that makes it all possible. You thrive in a fast-moving, interrupt-driven environment and are energized by juggling logistics and creative work in equal measure.

Job Responsibility

  • Writing multiple daily follow-up emails to pitches in progress
  • Developing case studies that showcase client results and agency expertise
  • Drafting award entries for industry competitions such as PRWeek, PRSA, and Cannes Lions
  • Coordinating new business pipeline logistics, including prospect tracking, follow-ups, and scheduling across leadership and account teams
  • Coordinating RFP and proposal logistics from intake through final delivery
  • Contributing to new business pitches with supporting content and materials
  • Helping with creative ideas and problem-solving across the sales and content teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales support, business development operations, or PR/marketing agency environment
  • Proven ability to produce clean, compelling content quickly and without heavy supervision, including case studies, award entries, and marketing communications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • you are a logistics powerhouse who thrives on keeping complex moving parts in order
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable being the go-to person in a high-interruption environment
  • Experience writing about technology and business
  • familiarity with enterprise tech or AI is a strong plus
  • Fluency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-powered productivity platforms
  • Experience with project management and cross-agency coordination
  • Multitasking capabilities and dedication to providing consistently high-quality work
  • A great attitude and willingness to work collaboratively across teams
  • High level of emotional intelligence
