A leading international insurance provider is seeking a New Business Client Executive to join their Education sales team. This is a full-time, permanent role, based in the South West area or home-based with occasional office visits and travel to meet clients.
Job Responsibility:
Prospecting and securing new clients
Providing tailored insurance solutions to schools
Generating leads
Supporting cross-sell opportunities
Working closely with service and renewal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Attending key conferences
Maintaining accurate sales forecasts using CRM systems
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance sales or broking
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of insurance principles and regulatory frameworks
Strong organisation, planning, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
GCSE Maths & English (Cert CII desirable)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Education insurance desirable but not essential
