New Business Case Manager to $90K – Guide Client Experiences! Our client, a boutique professional services firm, is seeking a New Business Case Manager to guide clients through the fully policy onboarding experience. In this role, you’ll keep applications, exams, and carrier communication moving smoothly while acting as a steady, detail-focused resource for clients and advisors.
Job Responsibility:
managing new business email communication and application workflows
coordinating medical exams and gathering required records with correct authorizations
maintaining accurate policy files and database entries
preparing correspondence, policy deliveries, and status updates
processing reimbursements and supporting general office tasks such as scanning, mailing, and client phone support
assisting with licensing needs and stepping in as backup for front‑desk coverage
ensuring organized workspaces and supporting project‑based tasks as assigned
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in life insurance or financial‑services operations
strong organizational ability with comfort handling high‑volume, multi‑stage workflows
excellent communication skills across clients, advisors, and carriers
proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn industry databases and illustration software
sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to work independently with close attention to detail
