My client is a reputable firm who are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team, notably someone to pick up a caseload of new build property matters. You should be ambitious and motivated and ready to focus on this niche area of conveyancing with you managing and servicing relationship with homebuilder clients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and service relationship with homebuilder clients

Requirements:

Background in residential property work
Knowledge and understanding of the south west property market
High level of client care and professionalism when dealing with local agents and referrers
