Excellent communication skills across all levels

Job Responsibility

Take overall responsibility for designated files and manage all conveyancing work from instruction to completion
Read legal packs and compile site notes while raising necessary queries
Prepare Contract, Mortgage, and Search reports efficiently
Conduct Anti Money Laundering checks proficiently
Handle client enquiries with a positive attitude
Bring your knowledge of New Build and Shared Ownership transactions to the table
Carry out electronic ID checks and OS2/Bancruptcy searches, ensuring they are up to date
Set up completion files meticulously
Manage completion statements with ease
Oversee related sale files and maintain strong relations with introducers
