Our client, a well-established organization within the financial services industry, is seeking a New Account Associate to support a high-volume, process-driven operations team. This role focuses on reviewing and processing new account documentation, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of contact for internal partners and external clients.
Job Responsibility:
Review and process new account documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Open and maintain client accounts across multiple account types and platforms
Perform routine account maintenance and updates within internal systems
Research and resolve account-related issues and discrepancies
Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Support internal audits, quality checks, and risk mitigation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in operations, finance, customer service, or data-driven roles
