Job Responsibility:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic neurosurgical procedures to the brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgeries, among others
Evaluate patients through physical examinations, imaging studies and diagnostic tests to determine the need for surgical intervention
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide preoperative and postoperative care

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) or an equivalent certifying body
