Barrow Neurological Institute at Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona is an international leader in the treatment, research, and education of brain and spinal diseases, conditions, and injuries.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR
  • Care for patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Develop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patients
  • Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies
  • Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • AZ RN license
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • ACLS certification

Nice to have:

  • BSN
  • Professional certification in area of specialty
  • One year recent acute care experience
