Job Description

CarePoint BlueSky Neurosciences, in partnership with Centerpoint Medical Center, is seeking Neurohospitalists to join our growing hospital-based, employed practice. This is a 100% inpatient position with a 7-on, 7-off schedule and no in-person stroke alert coverage, as stroke alerts are managed by our dedicated telemedicine team 24/7.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage critically ill and admitted patients as a consultant, including those with ischemic and hemorrhage stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), status epilepticus, trauma, and neurosurgical conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of intensivists, hospitalists, neurology APPs, neurosurgeons, and certified neuroscience nurses to provide state-of-the-art, protocol-driven care
