Job Description:

Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant role providing support for pupils with various Special Educational & Emotional Needs or those requiring additional guidance at a vibrant, fun-filled, caring and supportive school where the development, happiness and well-being of pupils are at the heart of everything they do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
  • Use your initiative to provide support to various children
  • Working alongside a compassionate team dedicated to getting it right for each pupil

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Creative, confident and caring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs
