Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity, working in partnership with one of our established providers, to recruit an experienced Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, with specialist experience within the neurodevelopmental field. If you have a passion for conducting Autism and/or ADHD Assessments, we want to hear from you! This is a permanent position with flexible hybrid working options available.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct structured face-to-face observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions and case formulations
  • Deliver clear and compassionate feedback to families following assessments
  • Produce high-quality clinical reports, supported by AI-assisted tools and digital workflows
  • Maintain compliance with service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and clinical governance standards
  • Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions
  • Support service development and efficiency through feedback and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s professional registration with relevant regulatory body: NMC – General Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse / Mental Health Nurse, HCPC – Occupational Therapist / Speech and Language Therapist, SWE – Social Worker
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience conducting diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD in children and young people including DIVA, ADI-R and ADOS.
