Job Description:

Join our team as a Community Neuro Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults and children with neurological conditions. You’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, create and implement personalised care plans, deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate patient records.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working with neurological conditions (essential)
Experience with both adult and paediatric patients (desirable)
Exposure to or understanding of learning disabilities (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently in a community setting
A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
