Job Description:

Join our team as a Band 7 Neuro Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults and children living with neurological conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement rehabilitation plans, deliver treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the Manchester area.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments in a community setting
create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise functional outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across health and social care
maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

current and valid HCPC registration
experience working with adult and paediatric neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, MS, brain injury, CP)
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
