Job Description:

Join our team as a Neuro Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with neurological impairments. You’ll work with a diverse range of conditions including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington’s Disease, and Acquired Brain Injuries, across both clinic and community settings in West Kent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Create and implement personalised care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

  • A current and valid HCPC registration
  • Experience working with neurological conditions in adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
