Join our team as an inpatient neuro OT and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with a range of physical health and neurological conditions. This role includes performing patient assessments, creating personalised care plans, delivering evidence-based treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining patient records.

  • assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery, etc.), develop treatment plans, and conduct evaluations/re-evaluations
  • collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients
  • meet or exceed the productivity standard on an individual basis
  • meet or exceed the productivity standard at the department level
  • complete documentation of treatment minutes and enter electronic charges accurately and timely
  • participate in continuing education and develop advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development
  • participate on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval
  • complete general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management
