Job Description

Networking Systems Engineer – Poland. We’re looking for a hands‑on Networking Systems Engineer who enjoys solving real‑world networking challenges and working directly with customers. You’ll join a small, high‑energy team that collaborates closely, moves quickly, and keeps things enjoyable. Partnering with our Account Managers, you’ll identify opportunities, design smart solutions, run POCs, and demonstrate the full power of HPE Networking.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the technical side of customer engagements, including solution design, demos, evaluations, and RFP/RFI responses — with a strong focus on HPE routing solutions
  • Deliver clear, engaging technical presentations and training sessions that simplify complex concepts
  • Act as the go‑to technical expert throughout the entire pre‑sales cycle

Requirements

  • Solid, hands‑on networking background with strong routing expertise
  • Experience designing and deploying complex network architectures and POC environments
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Familiarity with IETF/IEEE standards
  • Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
  • Curiosity about AIOps
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Valid work authorization for Poland
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of security best practices or hands‑on experience with security tools
