Job Description:

Hands‑on role supporting network infrastructure, security systems, and VoIP across multiple sites. Ideal for someone who enjoys field work, installs, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install and support switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi
  • Support ISP‑grade networks (routing, VLANs, basic CGNAT)
  • Monitor networks and respond to outages
  • Perform rack installs, cable management, and hardware swaps
  • Install and support: IP cameras (CCTV) and NVRs
  • Access control systems (card readers, keypads, doors)
  • VoIP phones and SIP services
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and hardware issues
  • Maintain basic documentation (diagrams, configs, updates)
  • Work with vendors, IT teams, and site staff
  • Handle service tickets and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in: Networking
  • CCTV / cameras
  • VoIP
  • Access control
  • Working knowledge of: TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, basic routing
  • PoE
  • Experience with: Structured cabling
  • IP cameras and NVRs
  • SIP‑based VoIP
  • Door/access systems
