Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Network / Field Technician to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and integrated low-voltage systems across multiple project sites. This is a field-based role with significant travel, supporting new site deployments, service work, and ongoing maintenance. The position involves a mix of networking, structured cabling, security systems, and telecommunications work in dynamic environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure and integrated low-voltage systems across multiple project sites
  • Field-based role with significant travel, supporting new site deployments, service work, and ongoing maintenance
  • Mix of networking, structured cabling, security systems, and telecommunications work

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in networking, low-voltage systems, or field services
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, and basic routing
  • Experience with structured cabling (copper and/or fiber)
  • Experience with IP cameras, access control, or VoIP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read basic network diagrams and wiring schematics
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

  • Respond to phone and radio call requests from HMMA & KMMG production and maintenance teams
  • Promptly respond to and resolve production issues and/or requests as they arise, collaborating with other MES Technicians and Analysts, as necessary, immediately escalating issues as appropriate
  • Monitor SAP scheduled jobs and server status (Backflush, Production, and Material Management)
  • Monitor and maintain Backup and Database jobs
  • Monitor Network Accessibility: Internal, External, MPLS, and Network, Monitor IDC Equipment
