We are currently seeking a Network Support Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Title: Juniper MIST Wireless Engineer. Job Summary: Looking for a Wireless Engineer with hands-on experience in Juniper MIST AI-driven wireless solutions to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks.

Job Responsibility

  • Deploy and manage Juniper MIST Access Points (APs)
  • Configure and operate MIST Cloud (Marvis, AI insights, automation)
  • Perform RF planning, site surveys, and optimization
  • Monitor wireless performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Implement WLAN security (802.1X, WPA3, guest access)
  • Integrate MIST with switching and NAC solutions

Requirements

  • Experience with Juniper MIST platform
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
  • RF fundamentals and wireless troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with network authentication (RADIUS, AAA)
  • Bachelor's degree (Recommended) in computer science, Information Technology or related fields
