Job Responsibility:
Follow the daily network checklist and perform required operational activities under SME guidance
Provide Level 1 Network and Voice support for change and BAU (Business as Usual) tasks at site
Coordinate with vendors and designated partners for troubleshooting, racking, stacking, and movement of network devices
Monitor country-level network connectivity (first-level monitoring only) and maintain standard reports
Work closely with internal teams to obtain console access and ensure approved processes are followed at sites
Perform rack & stack, cable patching, and troubleshooting activities as per standard instructions from SNOW (ServiceNow) or Network Management teams
Adhere to standard operating procedures for banking network operations across the region
Handle ServiceNow tickets and requests
engage appropriate resolver groups for next-level actions
Provide “hands and legs” support, including escorting partners and assisting with on-site changes
Support business continuity and ensure compliance with operational standards
Participate in shift rotations and support planned changes during weekends or after office hours as required
Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience to provide network and voice support
CCNA certification is mandatory
Strong understanding of basic network operations and site-level network processes
Familiarity with network environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational procedures
Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing tools
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and comply with banking network standards
Willingness to work in shift rotations: 1st Shift: 07:00 – 16:00, 2nd Shift: 11:00 – 20:00
Availability to support planned changes on weekends or beyond regular office hours
