Job Responsibility:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for enterprise customers after service activation
Provide technical support for Legacy Services and coordinate with internal teams during the troubleshooting process
Organize and coordinate field technician visits to customer premises when necessary
Proactively monitor services and perform health checks to ensure optimal performance
Send detailed technical incident reports to business customers
Requirements:
Ability to work on shifts
Ability to debug TCP/IP suite protocols
Fluency in English
Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
Background in telecommunications, electronics, and computing is essential
Knowledge of LAN and WAN network topologies at layers 1, 2, and 3 of the OSI model
Nice to have:
Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) or SDWAN certifications are considered a valuable asset
