Join our team as a Network Support Coordinator, reporting to the Network Support Supervisor. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to clinicians across multiple states, handling communications by phone and email to resolve a variety of issues and keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with clinicians and members regarding schedule changes, cancellations, and other updates
  • Assist clinicians with directions, answer questions, and provide support as needed
  • Manage multiple systems simultaneously to ensure efficient support
  • Maintain a high level of availability, aiming for a missed call rate of 5% or less
  • Generate, manage, and close Salesforce tickets for all requests
  • Assign tickets to appropriate departments when additional assistance is needed
  • Help maintain the team’s ticket queue to ensure timely resolution
  • Participate in a rotating weekend schedule
  • Adhere to required onsite attendance days in Dallas
  • Deliver excellent customer service, both verbally and in writing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Availability to work any one of these 3 shifts: Monday–Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm CST, Tuesday-Saturday, 8 am - 5pm CST, Sunday-Thursday, 8 am - 5pm CST

Nice to have:
