Network Supervisor

• Lead and support a team of Distribution and Customer Inspectors
• ensure the delivery of a reliable, high-quality water supply service
• maintain and improve network performance
• manage operational budgets
• ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• drive customer satisfaction by minimising supply interruptions
• respond effectively to operational challenges
• develop your team through mentoring, training and succession planning
• foster a strong culture of health, safety and wellbeing

• A strong background in water network operations
• leadership experience
• good understanding of water systems, leakage control and water regulations
• data analysis and IT skills
• a full clean driving licence
• strong communication and presentation skills
• IOSH qualification
• experience in water supply networks and management (preferred)
