Job Responsibility:

  • Monitoring and maintaining Interconnectivity Network infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer-reported service issues within agreed-upon SLAs
  • Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA’s, OLA’s, and KPI’s
  • Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution
  • Liaise and escalate with external suppliers and internal departments to minimize network disruption and downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in Network / NOC
  • Proven track record working in a data center or cross connect experience
