A Network Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, implementing, and managing an organization’s network infrastructure. Their primary goal is to ensure the network operates efficiently and securely, supporting the organization's communication and data transfer needs.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage endpoint security solutions leveraging tools like Trend Micro to safeguard enterprise systems against cyber threats
Configure and maintain Azure-based Network Load Balancers (NLB) to ensure high availability and scalability of applications
Deploy and manage firewall solutions such as ASA, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Sophos, and other security devices
Ensure robust endpoint protection by employing best practices in threat prevention, SSL VPNs, posture assessment, and 802.1x authentication
Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents to mitigate risks and minimize operational disruptions
Troubleshoot and optimize WAN connectivity using diverse network equipment
Manage and document configurations, processes, and incident responses for an updated and accessible knowledge repository
Work on advanced networking and security protocols, including BGP, IPv6, VXLAN, EVPN, IPSec, SSL Decryption, and Threat Prevention
Lead and collaborate on security projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements:
