Job Description

You collaborate and innovate with other teams to push the envelope on security capabilities. You are comfortable with hybrid and multi-cloud environments and have deep expertise in network security technologies, web security, and automation. Job Responsibility

  • Act as a central Network Security point of contact for enterprise initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain network security solutions, including secure web gateways, firewalls, and remote access technologies
  • Coordinate and execute proactive security consulting for business and technology teams covering: Network Security Architecture and Design
  • Web Security and Proxy Solutions
  • Secure Remote Access
  • Cloud Security Integration
  • Serve as an expert in the organization’s security capabilities, solutions, policies, and standards
  • Influence teams to integrate security early in development processes and drive automation adoption
  • Escalate and manage cybersecurity risks and provide actionable recommendations
  • Research emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in cybersecurity
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on security posture and risk environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
  • At least 1 years of experience providing guidance and oversight of Security concepts
  • At least 1 years of experience performing security risk assessments and security architecture reviews
  • At least 1 years of experience with architecture, software design, networking, and cloud infrastructure

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Network Security and Web Security, including: Proxy/Secure Web Gateway (Broadcom Proxy/WSS, Netskope)
  • CASB
  • Remote Browser Isolation
  • Secure Remote Access (Cisco AnyConnect, Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect, Prisma Access)
  • Firewalls (Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco Firepower/ASA)
  • 5+ years of experience with Splunk and enterprise monitoring
  • Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and cloud security practices
  • Familiarity with development and automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform, GitHub)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Financial services industry experience and regulated environments
