Network Security Agent

• Act as a resource person in matters of security for the entire network
• Interact with all customers in a proactive manner
• Assist customers, write incident reports and call the appropriate services
• Verify tickets and enforce laws and regulations
• Conduct patrols on board trains and throughout the network

• Complete file analysis (medical tests, physical tests, background analysis and references)
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Be available for a schedule that can vary (day, evening, night)
• Have 2 years of experience in the field of security or related field (social intervention, emergency service, law enforcement, etc.)
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Possess a valid license from the private security office (an asset)
