Job Description:

The Network Quality Assistant plays a key role in safeguarding the integrity of the Awin platform. This role combines hands-on fraud detection with data-driven analysis to identify and remove fraudulent activity across our network. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing data and partner activity to assess the plausibility of fraud, escalating and removing accounts where necessary, and supporting the wider team in maintaining compliance standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. By interpreting data patterns and trends, the Network Quality Assistant helps develop and refine fraud prevention procedures, ensuring informed decisions and contributing to a secure and trustworthy platform for our customers, partners, and colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take full ownership of reviewing new publisher registrations and related communications to verify authenticity and compliance
  • Analyze large datasets to identify suspicious patterns, trends, and behaviors indicative of fraud
  • Conduct periodic audits of publisher activity to detect anomalies and ensure continued compliance
  • Regularly review publisher payments across the Awin and ShareASale platforms, identifying and analyzing irregularities or potential misuse
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to refine workflows, enhance tools, and improve overall operational quality

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in customer service and/or fraud investigations
  • Relevant experience in an online setting is highly preferred
  • Possesses strong time management skills and the flexibility to adapt
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Shows a strong drive to take ownership of tasks and accepts full accountability
  • Maintains a positive outlook with a strong team orientation
  • Demonstrated skill in using the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and Power BI
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technology systems, network tools, and processes
  • A working knowledge of Tableau and Asana is highly favorable
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex data structures and make informed, data-driven decisions
