We are looking for a network leader to support agile delivery for network-focused initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This Long-term Contract position will guide teams through effective sprint execution, strengthen collaboration across stakeholders, and help maintain clear priorities tied to business value, security, and operational stability. The role will work closely with product, engineering, and business partners to improve delivery consistency, visibility, and outcomes across enterprise network services.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and delivery on track
Partner with product and technical stakeholders to help shape, clarify, and sequence work items so teams can execute against the highest-value priorities
Support backlog refinement by ensuring stories are well defined, dependencies are visible, and acceptance criteria are understood before development begins
Remove delivery obstacles and escalate risks early to protect sprint commitments and improve team momentum
Track progress through agile metrics such as burndown trends, throughput, and sprint outcomes to identify opportunities for better predictability
Promote transparent communication among business leaders, network engineering, security, architecture, and operations teams regarding status, risks, and changing priorities
Coach teams on Scrum practices and continuous improvement methods that strengthen accountability, collaboration, and delivery quality
Work with vendors and cross-functional contributors to coordinate efforts and keep deliverables aligned with broader network product goals
Support planning discussions by helping teams balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term resiliency, modernization, and security objectives
Requirements:
Certified Scrum Master credential is nice to have, not required
Background supporting network infrastructure at an engineer level, or enterprise technology initiatives is highly desirable
Hands-on experience participating in Agile Scrum practices for technical or infrastructure-focused teams
Strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, burndown tracking, and iterative delivery methods
Ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster alignment among business, engineering, and operational stakeholders
Experience identifying impediments, managing delivery risks, and driving resolution in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate progress, issues, and priorities for both technical and non-technical audiences
