Job Description:

Provide technical support and maintain enterprise networks as part of a dynamic team at Inetum, contributing to innovation and digital growth.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support for enterprise networks in a post-sales context
Ensure the handling of all fault tickets and configuration requests
Support field technicians, assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of network issues
Manage and maintain the team’s shared email inbox in an organized and efficient manner

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience as a Network Operator
Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco) and IPv4/IPv6 protocols
Experience with ADSL technology
Basic understanding of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network)
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or specializations in telecommunications are a plus
