Job Responsibility:
Part of a team delivering 24/7/365 support for a range of customer networks
Requirements:
Proactive monitoring of customer devices, dashboards, logs and NMS platforms
Logging and investigating incidents, escalating where necessary
Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and service portal
Ensuring all tickets are handled in line with SLA requirements
Following scripted procedures to implement changes on customer systems
Using service desk tools and a range of monitoring platforms to manage workload
Experience in first-line support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment
