We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Requirements:

  • Strong basic network knowledge (CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge level)
  • Experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN technologies in Cisco and Aruba vendor space
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users (at least English B2)
  • Need to be a good team player and able to collaborate at all levels
  • Ability to identify problems, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision
  • Experience of Working to ITIL/Agile Standards/Framework

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Cisco SDA technology (SD-WAN, ACI)
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana

  • Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement
  • Review and implement scheduled changes (IOS XE, ArubaOS, AOS-CX)
  • Implement user requests for configuration changes in relation to ACLs/FWs/PBRs
  • Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests, presenting activities in various Change Advisory Boards, when required
