We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and implement solutions that enhance our network operations. Job Responsibility

  • Process and consult monitoring system alarms with adherence to process/KPIs/SLAs
  • Support resolution of user or system generated incident tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve various issues
  • Investigate alerts (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow), classify impact, and execute Tier-1/2 remediation playbooks within SLA
  • Own and support P1/P2 bridges, coordinate with global teams, and drive issues to RCA using ITIL best practices
  • Log detailed tickets, craft post-mortems, and recommend permanent fixes or automation
  • Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement
  • Review and implement scheduled changes (IOS XE, ArubaOS, AOS-CX)
  • Implement user requests for configuration changes in relation to ACLs/FWs/PBRs
  • Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests, presenting activities in various Change Advisory Boards, when required
  • Maintain comprehensive records of issues, resolutions, processes, and best practices
  • Mentor peers across time-zones, and champion best-practice security.

Requirements

  • Strong basic network knowledge (CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge level)
  • Experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN technologies in Cisco and Aruba vendor space
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience in networking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users (at least English B2)
  • Need to be a good team player and able to collaborate at all levels
  • Ability to identify problems, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision
  • Experience of Working to ITIL/Agile Standards/Framework.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Cisco SDA technology (SD-WAN, ACI)
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana
  • Relevant certifications Cisco and Aruba.
