Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of NOC Engineers for 24/7 offshore monitoring and incident management
Act as escalation point for critical outages (P1/P2 incidents)
Enforce ITIL workflows across Incident/Change/Problem management
Generate daily/weekly reports on uptime, MTTR, and incident trends
Coordinate with onshore teams/vendors for RCA and resolution
