Job Description:

The NOC Lead will manage 24/7 offshore IT operations, ensuring service uptime and quick incident resolution. This role involves mentoring NOC engineers, handling escalations, and enforcing ITIL-based processes. You will be responsible for reporting, SLA compliance, and implementing automation to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with global teams and vendors will be critical to driving excellence in service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of NOC Engineers for 24/7 offshore monitoring and incident management
  • Act as escalation point for critical outages (P1/P2 incidents)
  • Enforce ITIL workflows across Incident/Change/Problem management
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on uptime, MTTR, and incident trends
  • Coordinate with onshore teams/vendors for RCA and resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement in NOC operations

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in NOC/IT Ops, 3+ in leadership
  • Tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG
  • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, Cloud)
  • Certifications: CompTIA Network+, ITIL v3/v4
  • Excellent leadership & communication
