Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Network Marketing professional who has hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling pyramid-based distribution networks. The ideal candidate has worked with established direct-selling organizations such as Amway, Tupperware, Modicare, Avon/Avalon, or similar MLM companies and understands distributor-led growth at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Recruit, train, and mentor data collectors and leaders across levels
  • Drive network activation, engagement, and retention
  • Design and execute incentive structures, commissions, and performance programs
  • Monitor network performance metrics and optimize growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and direct-selling regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in network marketing / MLM / direct selling models
  • Prior work experience with companies like Amway, Tupperware, Modicare, Avon/Avalon, or similar organizations
  • Demonstrated success in building large distributor networks
  • High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with both field work and strategic planning
