Job Description:

Role supporting Professional Employer Organization customers and Aetna PEO account teams, working in collaboration with plan sponsors, their national sales force/client managers and Aetna PEO account teams including Director of Account Management, Account Director, and Senior Account Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting Professional Employer Organization customers and Aetna PEO account teams
Conducting training with plan sponsor sales force/client managers
Educating on products and assets offered
Helping understand competitive landscape nationally and within local markets

Requirements:

3-5 years in the healthcare industry, sales, customer service experience
Basic understanding of the Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) industry
Active health insurance license in resident state or become licensed within 90 days of employment
Willing to travel to visit plan sponsor sales offices across the nation - 15-20% travel annually
Proficient in creating and conducting formal presentations, in-person or virtually
Possess product knowledge of medical, dental, and vision
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS, Pivot Tables
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
