Job Responsibility

  • Plan, configure, and deploy enterprise network solutions such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking
  • Install and integrate routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points
  • Design scalable and secure network architectures
  • Integrate networking systems with servers, cloud platforms, security tools, voice systems (VoIP), and business applications
  • Ensure compatibility between hardware, software, and third-party systems
  • Support hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
  • Diagnose and resolve network outages, latency issues, routing problems, DNS issues, and security incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes
  • Provide escalated support for complex customer or internal technical issues
  • Implement network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, NAC, IDS/IPS, access controls, and segmentation
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and compliance requirements
  • Support audits and enforce IT policies
  • Use monitoring tools to track bandwidth, uptime, traffic flow, and system health
  • Tune performance and recommend upgrades
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Lead or support deployment projects, migrations, upgrades, and data center transitions
  • Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and internal departments
  • Prepare implementation plans, test plans, and handover documentation
  • Maintain network diagrams, configurations, asset registers/IP DBs, SOPs, and incident reports
  • Produce technical reports and customer updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field
  • Professional level certification in different Networking technologies (Must have CCNP) Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Sophos, Fortinet etc.
  • 3 Years and above of work experience in technical or implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies
  • Experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations
  • Report writing experience
  • Project management
  • Experience in Networking technologies such as routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers
  • Experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
