Job Description:

This position will provide Systems Engineering (Journeyman) support to the Strike Planning and Execution Systems Program Office. The candidate will provide network engineering support to develop multi-level security communications solutions for the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC) for Tomahawk missile with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Allies & Partners. The program is responsible for the acquisition and life cycle management of a range of mission planning, control systems and execution tools.

Job Responsibility:

Perform Systems Engineering functions combined with strong network engineering experience to develop cross-domain multi-level security communications solutions for mission orders to FMS Allies and Partners
Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems
guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems
and employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems
Develop and generate Systems Security artifacts required to transfer technologies for Allies and Partner nations with FMS cases
Performs software acquisition functions, requirements management, design and develop software workflow, and resolve cryptographic issues and specific challenges associated with non-FVEY partner nations

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in network engineering expertise is required
Demonstrated experience in cross-domain multi-level security communications solutions is required
Demonstrated experience in developing a network with Allies and Partner nations is required
Demonstrated experience in the design and development of software workflows is required
Demonstrated experience decomposing software requirements into systems requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to complete the full background investigation
Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required
