Job Description

Network Engineer (Remote) Job Title: Network Engineer About the Client: Is a well-established professional IT services organization specializing in Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, and IT project delivery. The candidate must be technically strong and able to troubleshoot a wide variety of workstation, network, and server issues. This role requires the ability to consistently manage diverse technologies, including Fortinet, Barracuda, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti network environments, while supporting the Cloud Solution. This position works directly on customer networks, so strong communication skills are required. CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications are highly desirable, along with Fortinet (NSE) and Meraki certifications, and a willingness to continue training toward industry certifications is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills, and demonstrate integrity beyond reproach.

Job Responsibility
