Network Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, segmentation)
• Support and administer Windows and/or Linux-based systems, including patching, performance tuning, and backup strategies
• Lead IT infrastructure projects from concept to completion, often involving unfamiliar or cutting-edge technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
• Maintain documentation for systems, networks, and processes to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices

• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
