Job Description

A growing, high-performing technology services team is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and support modern infrastructure environments across diverse client landscapes. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and contribute to projects ranging from on-premise systems to large-scale cloud deployments.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement technical solutions spanning on-premise infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Troubleshoot complex network and systems issues across multiple client environments
  • Manage and enforce network security measures to ensure system reliability and protection
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative team culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems and Network Engineer
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure systems, including networking, virtualization, security, and cloud services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • MSP experience
  • Sharp troubleshooting skills with a methodical, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Translates business requirements into telecommunications (e.g., LAN, CAN, WAN, Voice and Video) requirements, designs and orders
  • Performs engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives in support of strategic modernization efforts and telecommunications enhancement design for medium and large-scale telecommunication infrastructures
