Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer
Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets
Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades
Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them
Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues
Requirements:
Strong hands-on and troubleshooting experience on Cisco ACI, SDA Fabric, Palo Alto Firewalls, Wireless (must have skill)
Strong hands-on Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP) and Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches)
Experience in investigating and troubleshooting Wireless (Cisco WLC) issues
Strong hands-on skills in deploying and managing Palo Alto Firewalls and adding/removing Panaroma
Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Resourceful, with the ability to work independently
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
