Job Description:

As a Network Engineer will join the Network & Communications Services Team, reporting to the Product Manager of the area. This role is responsible for designing, engineering, implementing, and operating secure, scalable network connectivity across cloud (Microsoft Azure), multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, Google), hybrid, on-premises (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Perimeter firewalling, SASE), and remote access environments.

Job Responsibility:

Deploy and operate secure network connectivity across Azure, multi-cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and remote access environments
Deploy and support Azure networking services including VNets, vWAN, Azure Firewall, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateways
Implement and maintain resilient hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, SD-WAN, inter-cloud peering)
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot on-premises LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, load balancing, network segmentation, perimeter firewalls, and SD-WAN environments
Integrate Azure cloud networking with on-premises and data center environments
Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead technical escalations with managed service providers and cloud vendors
Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize cloud and on-prem network services
Collaborate with Network Architecture and Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational runbooks
Involvement in medium-to-complex network integrations projects, requiring communication and entry-level project management skills
Provide support for internal teams and coordinate activities with external vendors during medium and complex level troubleshooting cases

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on experience
4+ years proven experience as a Network / Cloud Network Engineer with strong focus on Azure networking
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certifications
Deep knowledge of Azure networking services including VNets, vWAN, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, NSGs, WAF, and hybrid connectivity models
Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, WAN, Wi-Fi, load balancing, segmentation, SD-WAN)
Strong understanding of network and application security principles, including Zero Trust, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access
Working knowledge of network automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and/or Python
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments and collaborating with DevOps model
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including vendor and service-provider coordination
Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

Industry certifications from Cisco, Fortinet and Zscaler are considered as an advantage
Experience working in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform is an advantage
