Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls, WAF, GTM, LTM, and other security devices
  • Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve network security incidents
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Analyze security logs, detect threats, and proactively implement countermeasures
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes
  • Monitor system performance and resource utilization to ensure optimal availability and performance
  • Provide expert technical support on security-related issues to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT teams (cloud, systems, information security) to ensure the security of the overall IT infrastructure
  • Communicate security issues and risks clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation and incident reports
  • Stay abreast of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • CompTIA Security+, CCNA Routing and Switching, CCNA Security are preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in network security or cybersecurity roles
