Network Engineer (PM)

Lead and support network infrastructure upgrades, with a strong focus on modernizing Aruba and Palo Alto environments (hardware refresh, configuration, migration). Manage and support LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, VPNs, and routing/switching across enterprise environments. Act as day-to-day service lead, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure incidents, changes, and requests meet SLAs. Troubleshoot complex network performance and connectivity issues across on-prem and hybrid environments. Support network security controls, including firewall rules, segmentation, and access management. Oversee network monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis. Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational standards. Assist with cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS) and hybrid networking (VPNs, routing, firewall integration).
